Shipping & Returns Unless otherwise stated, all freight shall be FOB Factory and freight, shipping and handling shall be pre-paid and added to the customers invoice. Goods and Products being returned require a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGO Number) to be issued by Douglas L. Hollaender Enterprises, Inc. Please call 800-481-4674 for RGO Number and shipping instructions prior to shipping or returning items. Unless otherwise stated, the customer shall be responsible for (pay for) freight for any item returned, including trial products and samples. Items returned without a RGO number are subject to payment and rejection of shipment at point of return. |
